Journey by bus or train to India as your second destination from Nepal is very rewarding as the trip passes through settlements with various places of importance. The 94 km bus ride from Sunauli will take you to the place called Gorakhpur where the train service to all over India is available. This definitely would be the cheap and best way to see the most of India. But there is still the bus service and regular flight connections available to all over India from Sunauli and Kathmandu respectively, if you are interested to explore India just the other way.
