Please review these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with us. These terms and conditions apply to you if you book a tour with us.
Booking:
- Bookings can be made online via email
- A deposit of at least 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 30 days before the tour begins.
- If you book within one week of the tour’s start date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund:
- No cancellation charges will apply if written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the tour date.
- A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if written notice is provided 15 or more days prior to the tour date.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if written notice is provided 10 or more days prior to the tour date.
- A 75% cancellation fee will be applied if written notice is provided 7 or more days prior to the tour date.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if written notice is provided 7 days or less prior to the tour date.
Payment Method:
- Payment through VISA and MASTERCARD is accepted with an additional 4% charge on the total payable amount.
- We accept payments via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Tax and VAT:
- All our packages are inclusive of a 13% Value Added Tax (VAT).
- If there is any change in the tax structure, the same will be applicable to the clients.
Special Rate:
- For any definite group of more than 10 persons (normal tour only), rates are negotiable on an ADHOC basis.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us for special rates.
Agreement:
- By booking a trek with us, you accept these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and overrule all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
